WHO WE ARE

Local roots.
Individual support.

Midwest HomeCare LLC provides basic support, in-home support and employment services in Minnesota. Our office is in Rogers, in Hennepin County.

We work with individuals, families, guardians and case managers to understand the support that may fit each person’s life. Services are guided by individual needs, the service plan and authorization.

We believe the starting point is listening: what matters to you, what you want to do, and how support can fit into your own routines.
